Let me start by saying success in law requires boldness and as a customer I expect my Attorney to not just be bold but competent and extremely confidant. I wanted to hire BBT law group to review an issue with a CCW license in Fulton County Georgia. I spoke to a Lawyer in Mr. Barbour office and was instructed to collect the documents and they would contact me again after a review. The documents were forwarded to the firm and no call ever came. I... called back to the office and spoke again to the Attorney. He was apologetic about not calling when he said he would and that he could help me clean up my issue pretty easily, but needed to review the documents further. I never heard from them again even after a few calls to the office and left messages. I did sort out my issue with the District Attorney helping me out, rather that these guys. I really should thank them for saving me the money. Find a Attorney that will return your calls.

I rarely give reviews, but this is something I feel very strongly about. Without going into details, a divorce, I needed help. The level of communication, compassion, trust, and understanding of what I was going through, exceeded my expectations when I selected this firm to represent me.
