Persistence is a virtue at Perkins Studdard, LLC

Travis Studdard has appealed my VA rating for several years. We all know how difficult the SE Region can be. He and his paralegals have worked through many errors made by the VA and backed me up 100% at each turn. Due to his persistence for his client and knowledge of veterans' legal issues, the twis...ts and turns between veterans and the VA in being fairly compensated, Travis Studdard won my appeal. VA Appeal Success

I had almost given up on getting my sleep apnea covered by the VA after going through the veteran’s service organization process to no avail. I knew however that I had a claim that should be covered. Luckily I stumbled across an article that Mr. Studdard had written and decided to give his office a... call. From the first second his team was attentive and informative and that carried forward through my process. Mr. Studdard was able to look at my claim and figure out the small details that had been missed in my previous claims and made a corrected appeal. The appeal was granted at the regional level. You never feel like a number when dealing with him and his team and I highly recommend them to any former service person that needs assistance through the VA process.

Fighting the VA for those that served

Travis and his team were professional, courteous and available to me at all times. They communicated with me about my case consistently and made sure that they were doing what was in my best interest, not just theirs. After years of fighting with the VA, they were able to get me a disability rati...ng that forces the VA to acknowledge and treat my conditions as well as pay me the compensation I have been entitled to for years. I would recommend Travis and his team to any veteran who is fighting the VA system and getting nowhere. What they were able to do in a short time has been a life changer for me. I am ever grateful.

Best VA Disability and Compensation Lawyer
