I called Travis’s Law office, after getting as far as I could with the VA. I sent his team all the information I had and they went to work on my case. Travis called me with a plan of action, then quickly implemented it. He and his team made the claims process easier than I thought it could be. At ea...ch stage of my claim I was contacted and informed in detail what was going on. When the VA sent their decision, Travis’s team found that the VA had made a mistake and quickly filed for them to fix it. Jessica was always willing to answer any of my million questions throughout this process. I know I probably drove her nuts but she handled it with grace and dignity. Let me cut to the chase, if you're a veteran needing help navigating your appeals, doing it on your own is not a great idea. many of my veteran friends and colleagues have given up on the process because of how confusing and daunting the task is. I was the same way until I contacted Perkins Studdard.... They filed the paperwork and got everything moving; which, on its own, would have taken me months with navigating the panic and complexities of doing it. they helped me understand what my exams would be like which alleviated a lot of the stress that comes with this process. They were also fast to respond either through email or by phone with any questions I had. Even when I had to ask the same things over and over, they were patient with me and made sure I fully understood what I was worrying about. I've heard from other veterans who have used Perkins Studdard, and have heard zero negatives, which is not the case with all appeals lawyers who are just trying to funnel you through as fast and un-thorough as possible. Bottom line, if you want your absolute best chance at filling appeals through the VA, this is where you need to be.

I would like to say that it was refreshing and reassuring to have Travis represent me during my VA case.
