VA Compensation

Travis Studdard and his team helped me navigate the VA appeals process and successfully win it. I could not have done it without them!!!! I highly recommend this firm to my fellow veterans who have been wrongfully denied the benefits they deserve.

Changed my life, and amazing to work with

Let me cut to the chase, if you're a veteran needing help navigating your appeals, doing it on your own is not a great idea. many of my veteran friends and colleagues have given up on the process because of how confusing and daunting the task is. I was the same way until I contacted Perkins Studdard.... They filed the paperwork and got everything moving; which, on its own, would have taken me months with navigating the panic and complexities of doing it. they helped me understand what my exams would be like which alleviated a lot of the stress that comes with this process. They were also fast to respond either through email or by phone with any questions I had. Even when I had to ask the same things over and over, they were patient with me and made sure I fully understood what I was worrying about. I've heard from other veterans who have used Perkins Studdard, and have heard zero negatives, which is not the case with all appeals lawyers who are just trying to funnel you through as fast and un-thorough as possible. Bottom line, if you want your absolute best chance at filling appeals through the VA, this is where you need to be.

Outstanding

Needed to appeal a VA disability rating. After some searching I found Perkins/Studdard law firm. A thorough questionnaire was sent to me. The appeal took a year. Every question was answered within one day of emailing them. The office staff was wonderful. They would check in to see how I was doing on ...occasion. I can't recommend them enough. They won my case even though I didn't really think I would win.

An Advocate for Veterans

Where do I begin? My experience with Perkins Studdard is an 11/10. From submitting my first intake form all the way to winning my VA Appeal the TEAM over at Perkins Studdard was there for me all the way! After being turned down by other VA advocates, Travis took my case and never sugared coated ...any of it! He was honest with me in his plan and execution leading all the way to the VA approving our request. The staff are very professional and very knowledgeable -- and it is like Travis himself was born to advocate for us veterans. Persistence is a virtue at Perkins Studdard, LLC

Travis Studdard has appealed my VA rating for several years. We all know how difficult the SE Region can be. He and his paralegals have worked through many errors made by the VA and backed me up 100% at each turn. Due to his persistence for his client and knowledge of veterans' legal issues, the twis...ts and turns between veterans and the VA in being fairly compensated, Travis Studdard won my appeal.
