I watched in awe as this wizard of the court room made light work of my case and convinced my jury to return a swift and concise NOT GUILTY verdict. Thanks to Scott I was able to walk out of the court with my head high knowing that the rumours of his excellence had just come to fruition in front of... my eyes as he masterfully won me my freedom. If you are so lucky to call Scott your attorney then take a deep breath and try to relax because chances are it's all going to be ok. The nature of charges and the evidence against me could have very easily gone the other way in my case, but Scott told me to trust him and let him be the lawyer! I did just that and now I'm writing this review on my own accord, in the sun, with a cold beverage, rather then the confides of a cell. Scott you are unequivocally the smartest guy in the room! Mr. Scott Drake is a great attorney. I retained him for 2 cases that my husband had and despite my husbands criminal background and the cases that he had to handle he was able to prevent my husband from going to prison for 1 year. Due to his legal knowledge he managed to come up with a better alterna...tive which was a program for my husband to transition to and with my help we found one that accepted him.

My son was arrested in Gwinnett County and was appointed Scott Drake. My comment was not favorable about an appointed attorney (had a bad experience before), but my son had no money to hire anyone for an Aggravated assault charge. My husband and son met with Mr. Drake and when they came home all they... kept saying was how knowledgeable, honest and attentive Mr. Drake was and they were hopeful! My brother has been failed by the justice system at least 3 times. Scott, although harsh at times, was there and helped us through the process.
