Biography
I was born a Buckeye and raised as a Bulldog, as a former prosecuter in both State and Superior court I am well trained in criminal defense. I have successfully defended thousnads of case of individuals who were either wrongly accused or over charged. After graduating from Georgia State College of law and working as a prosecutor for eight years i started my own practice in 2000. After five years in solo practice i joined forces with Jeffery Sliz and we formed ,Sliz,Drake, Estes and Bramblett LLC. That firm ended and we began a new chapter as Drake and Estes LLC. Now I have the priveledge of practicing with my wife Tracy Drake as The Drake Law Group LLC , and we handle every type of criminal matter from traffic offenses and DUI to Murder and major drug cases in both State and Federal court. We also handle divorce and family law as well as personal injury cases. We pride ourselves on service to our clients and we look forward to working hard to get all our clients the results they are looking for.
