Ms. Vega was extremely nice and consultative in our initial call. However, she would never return my calls or emails. That is very important to people who are in the middle of a tough situation. Being responsive is one of the best business practices any business can have, and it's one of the most bas...ic rudimentary one's as well. I hate to leave this review for her because she was so nice, but when I was forwarded to voicemail multiple times when using my cellphone but was picked up immediately when I called from my work line, that was odd and irritating. Any type of news/update would have satisfied me, whether good or bad. I wrote/called her back Jan 8, it's 5 days later.

After making the hard decision to file for bankruptcy, I hired Andrea. She was from day one professional and knowledgable and helped me through every step of the way. She was always quick to return calls or answer emails and made herself avilable to meet MY schedule. We ran into a few snags with ...the court and the bank during the process that she and Dayana took care of quickly. I can only share my experience and tell you this firm takes care of their clients.
