Andrea Jo Anne David-Vega

After making the hard decision to file for bankruptcy, I hired Andrea. She was from day one professional and knowledgable and helped me through every step of the way. She was always quick to return calls or answer emails and made herself avilable to meet MY schedule. We ran into a few snags with ...the court and the bank during the process that she and Dayana took care of quickly. I can only share my experience and tell you this firm takes care of their clients. Attorney Andrea David-Vega needs to go back for a refresher course in bankruptcy. She advised me that she could probably discharge attorneys fees awarded by family court, which is not true. She also advised me that Chapter 7 was not a viable option if I made too much money, which is not true. Had ...I known that the attorneys fees were not dischargeable, I would have filed an appeal. Instead, I am stuck wtih paying several thousand dollars of attorney fees. Thanks Andrea!
