Biography
Kelly has been a trial attorney since graduating from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2002. Kelly has literally handled thousands of cases throughout the State of Georgia for her clients. She has worked as an Assistant District Attorney, a criminal defense attorney, an Associate Special Assistant Attorney General, and a Superior Court staff attorney. Kelly has worked for a large law firm and operated her own legal practice for 12 years where she zealously represented clients and specialized in criminal defense, real estate, domestic and juvenile law. Kelly closed her law office in 2018 to take on a position with Gwinnett County as a full-time Guardian ad Litem. As an attorney in Gwinnett County Juvenile Court, Kelly is now a voice for voiceless children. Therefore, Kelly no longer accepts clients.
