She did nothing to defend us. She did not turn in discovery. We were made to pay the other attorneys fees, our child support was doubled and our modification of custody was thrown out due to her not turning in what we gave her to the other attorney. She not only hurt us financially but because of thi...s, the children were hurt and still are being affected by this. No one thought about or cares about what is the best situation for the kids. All that all parties concerned cared about, besides us, was what money they could get from the situation. We are still praying that justice will be made for these kids!

David Vega has no clue on how to handle difficult cases, I hired her for a divorce, she did what she was supposed to do but never gave me copies of my documents or original documents back, then I requested my file and her assistant told me I could go get the copies at court, lawyers should give clien...t's copies on everything what they file, then I called her office one more time and her "assistant" said she only gives messages to her and that she has no access or control on cases, so of course she never called me back and I never got my documents back....

I hired Ms. Vega to represent me with ny immigration case, she kept filing forms and charged me for services that at the end were never approved by USCIS, I would calle her office and she continuously changes staff there for her secretaries are never up to date on what is happening with the cases, sh...e never returns phone calls and has no communication with clients. Very disappointing

My Immigration case was denied due to her lack of knowledge, did not file my case properly and did not send the proper paperwork to USCIS when requested, never calls back and her assistant Julissa is completely loss, she has no clue on what is going on in the office, and she is really rude on the pho...ne. This attorney changes her assistant frequently, never gave me copy of my file and never returned phone calls and emails.
