Biography
Andrew Frasier Wehunt is a native of North Georgia having been born and raised in Cherokee County. Mr. Wehunt received his Bachelors of Science from Reinhardt College and his Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. Mr. Wehunt focuses his practice on criminal defense.
Mr. Wehunt is an experienced trial attorney who has seen the law from the view point of the State and the defense. Mr. Wehunt spent his third year of law school working to prosecute criminal misdemeanor offenses. The knowledge of understanding the State’s process during a case allows Mr. Wehunt handle each case in a more tactical and effective manner.
Prior to forming Wehunt Law Firm, LLC, Andrew worked as an associate in Canton, Georgia representing criminal defendants, with both felony and misdemeanor charges. Mr. Wehunt also assisted numerous individuals in resolving their family law matters throughout North Georgia.
Mr. Wehunt founded the Wehunt Law Firm, LLC with the vision to provide all client’s the same respect and attention throughout the duration of their legal matter.
Mr. Wehunt is active throughout the local community and previously served on the Alumni Board of Governors at Reinhardt University.
Andrew and his Wife, Emilee, are members of First Baptist Church of Cumming, Georgia.

Awesome Attorney
Mr. Wehunt is a honest attorney that did an awesome job representing my son in three areas DFAC, divorce, and criminal. He kept my son informed through the process. Everything was settled for my son ending with great results.. Criminal charges were dropped and he has full custody of his child.
