My experience with Eli on the phone was exceptional. Even though we have never met or talked on the phone prior to my calling him, he nonetheless took my call, asked the correct questions, followed up via email and was able to assist me with the information i needed from his law firm with the speed o...f a bullet. ( I request a copy of my I-707 , Notice of action) I contacted him on Friday and got the information on Monday - this is especially noteworthy because he was not involved in handling my petition which was filled long before he joined the firm . Eli, successfully, lead me through a very difficult immigration process. Two other immigration attorneys told me that citizenship would be unlikely, but were still willing to accept my case and money, but without a clear plan. When Eli's firm accepted my case, they explained the potential pitfall, ...but were able to articulate a clear plan. I was naturalized two months ago. Eli Echols helped my husband and I with a very complicated immigration case. He was optimistic but very honest in explaining the possible results and outcome of the case. In our case Eli explained the consequences of having a aggravated felony and the immigration stance on the issue. Yet, he knew tha...t we were qualified for a 212h waiver once he reviewed our case thoroughly. Eli was very realistic with pointing out that it was a very discretional waiver and that he and the firm would do everything possible to help persuade the judge. Socheat Chea and his team are more than exceptional. My husbands case started in August 2009 and didn't finish until May 2012 and this group of lawyers made the journey less stressful by basically taking care of everything except personal paperwork that we were responsible for gathering. Socheat was ...the lawyer that we spoke to initially, but Eli and Tracey are the two that carried us through to the end. I read one review that stated how attentive Socheat is until he's paid and I see why how that person came to that conclusion, but I disagree. I think he evaluates and excepts the cases and after he and his team set a plan to attack and win, the responsibilities are passed to the next appropriate lawyer! This is a very knowledgable group of lawyers who I believe cares for their clients and the outcome of their cases. If I EVER need any legal help with immigration. This is the ONLY law office I'll call! Also a special thanks to Eli for carrying us through all of our stressful court hearings including trail!
