Marcy Millard is an absolute hero. Her team is kind, compassionate, and crazy efficient. Johana is a no nonsense power house with a heart of gold. When I was scared and felt like I had no voice, Marcy spoke up for me. She was my guiding light in a very dark time. Her dedication to helping others is a...mazing. She is selfless, bold, and knows how to get things done. She is a pillar of strength to those who need it. She is incredibly fierce when approaching situations but keeps such a comforting calm when speaking with clients. Marcy and her team blow me away and my daughter and I are eternally grateful to them. Without her, we wouldn’t be together and thriving after the storm. At no point during all of this have I felt alone or without hope. 1) Do NOT believe the review. She pays people to write it. I was offered by JoAnna credit to write a positive review, but I refused it. Her bill is EXCESSIVE, UNREASONABLE AND PADDED 2) On 8/27/15 initial meeting, she invited a junior attorney, Jill Byers, to take notes and charged me at $600/hr w...ithout even telling me. I was being charged $3,000 for 5 hrs meeting and threatened me if I did not pay ASAP, she would not represent me at the hearing. 3) At the hearing, she even asked Jill Byers to delivered the paper and charged me $1,250 for the service though i have never requested Jill to represent me. During the hearing lunch time, i was charged $900 to have lunch with her. 4) She asked Heather to make a huge stack of copies (she herself did not even know what was it) and charged me $570. Secondly, she is an extremely weak litigator, always look for extra excuses to charge clients. I eventually dismissed her. If you need a strong good reasonable attorney representing you, please find somewhere else.

Let me start by saying that I am forever grateful for Marcy Millard, Jill Byers and the rest of the team! I have been working with them since 2011 to obtain sole custody of my son.
