My family and I are fortunate to live in a great community; thus, I strive to be as involved as I can be. I try to instill the same passion in my children. I also enjoy hunting (upland/migratory birds) and excercising (cycling and running).

Very bad and dishonest lawyer who only cares about money and his legal fees. He will let you sit in custody and rot because he certainly doesn’t care about your freedom at all. Mazi sold himself very well when I hired him for my son who lives out of state. He had been arrested a day after the EMT's had taken him to hospital the following day police came to the house (that he was staying in with several other men that he worked with) and arrested him with possession. Replied last May 23, 2018Thank you and your son for entrusting me with his case. I am sorry that you feel this way. You and your son were wanting me to get the case dismissed based upon his having gone through treatment. Criminal cases are based upon the facts at the time of the incident. After reviewing the case and the discovery, I spoke with your son about what to expect. Unfortunately for your son, there was overwhelming evidence as to his guilt on the drug charges. I was able to negotiate a great deal for him. He got probation instead of time in prison.His having gone through treatment helped in negotiating his sentence. The judge was very impressed by your son taking responsibility and taking steps to help his addiction and that is why he agreed to accept the negotiations. As for your son not being given notice to appear in court, the clerk of court sends notices to his last known address which would have been the address he provided at the time he was arrested. If he moved, he did not notify the clerk of his change of address nor did he tell me so that I could do so on his behalf. I am thankful that I was able to avoid a bench warrant for his failing to appear for court. I am also thankful that your son did not go to prison and wish both of you success in the future.
