Dave is a joy to work with. He is very friendly and clear on what he can do and what it will cost. Legal problems are always a nightmare but Dave made the process a lot less daunting. The most expericenced and knowledgeable lawyer I have worked with in goverment contracting
Dave Rose has been retained by my firm for many years as our lawyer who handles any and all issues that arise with general contracting with the Federal Government. Dave is well versed and experienced in the differences in construction law and federal government contracting regulations. Dave has represented us all the way up to the US Court of Appeals in Washington DC. He is an experienced litigator who is not intimidated by any other attorney and can go toe to toe with anyone in any court. We have complete confidence in Dave's ability to advise us and defend us in all matters with the US Government.

DCAA Issue
I work for a major firm in their accounting, insurance and procurement departments and in the course of coordinating our response to the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) I had a need for some legal advice. In working with our in-house counsel, I suggested we contact Mr. Rose, as I had the privilege of sitting in on one of his Government contracts lectures at a conference and we contacted him for assistance. This fellow is the guru of federal contracts. He understands the FAR, contracts law and I swear, he even reads the Agency's thoughts. His advice is well reasoned and "spot on". I cannot imagine using anyone else for advice. His rates are among the most reasonable we have ever seen. He is judicious in the amount of time he expends on an issue and he is fair. I would recommend him to any firm, large or small, who needs an attorney that understands the federal marketplace whether it be law or just who knows who the customers are and what they are thinking. (Some people call him "the oracle").
