I interviewed multiple attorneys in the KCMO area and none of them were upfront about information I needed to know like Allen. I chose Allen and could not have been more grateful. He is upfront, an industry expert in his field and really cares about the best interest of his clients and their families.... He was focused on the purpose of the hearing and never veered. I felt secure during the entire process (February to late July). I was provided continuous updates as it relates to hearings, documentation, etc., his invoices tell you exactly what you are paying for and his rates are not high at all. Allen and his team are conscious of the time they put in and make every attempt to keep costs low. The final hearing ended in our favor. He makes you feel like you are a team and not going through this process alone. I recommend him for other individuals that are going through family court issues.

Mr. Russell and his clerical staff were totally careless and cared less about their mistakes on my case. He asked for a $1,000 extra midway to cover for a no-show deposition. He would not refund. His clerical staff completely confused the divorce decree and he wanted another $1,000 to fix it and t...o hold my ex in contempt. I had already given him $5,000!!
