Allen S. Russell

Mr. Russell did a terrific job for me and my family. This is the second time I have hired him and he has done a great job each time--once for my divorce and once to modify the parenting plan. He and his staff were very responsive to my many (sometimes too many..lol) questions, kept the costs reasonab...le, and got the results i wanted! I could not have requested anything more!

Allen Russell represented me in my divorce without children. He was never prompt in responding to texts, emails or calls. I'm very thankful I didn't follow his advise and agree to a settlement proposed by my ex. Had I followed his advise, I would have lost half of my investments to a very brief marr...iage. Instead, I went against his advise and refused to settle. Fortunately, it turned out ok for me, as the judge ruled favorably on my side. I never felt like Allen had any passion for justice or serving those he represented. My friend, who is currently represented by Allen, continues to lose more and more custody of their child for no reason, other than the other parent keeps asking for more time. He continues to advise my friend to settle and not fight the situation.

Mr. Russell did a real good job for me and my kids. My ex-wife did everything she could to make my life a living hell and I cant thank Mr. Russell enough for getting me through the divorce in one piece. He had a clear plan of action and kept me informed of everything that was going on. Definitely rec...ommend him to anyone going through a similar situation!

My husband had to go in for child support with my step-children. Everytime we made a call to the office no one returned the call. Our court date was changed and we were never notified, we called just to make sure everything was good to go because we had not heard anything back and they said "oh yeah ...we changed your date, let us get back to you" low and behold we had to call again to get the new date. After court he was told you will pay this much a month thank you bye. No paper work explaining anything. Once we got finial documents in the mail they were wrong and had no explaination. All of it was in court form might as well been in a different lang. When my husband called to get our questions answered he was told that the amount was right but they would look into his file and call back. Of course we never got a call back, my husband had to call again to check into it. never kept us informed and was not helpful at all. I would recommend you find someone else.
