Allen S. Russell

I interviewed multiple attorneys in the KCMO area and none of them were upfront about information I needed to know like Allen. I chose Allen and could not have been more grateful. He is upfront, an industry expert in his field and really cares about the best interest of his clients and their families.... He was focused on the purpose of the hearing and never veered. I felt secure during the entire process (February to late July). I was provided continuous updates as it relates to hearings, documentation, etc., his invoices tell you exactly what you are paying for and his rates are not high at all. Allen and his team are conscious of the time they put in and make every attempt to keep costs low. The final hearing ended in our favor. He makes you feel like you are a team and not going through this process alone. I recommend him for other individuals that are going through family court issues.

Mr. Russell did a real good job for me and my kids. My ex-wife did everything she could to make my life a living hell and I cant thank Mr. Russell enough for getting me through the divorce in one piece. He had a clear plan of action and kept me informed of everything that was going on. Definitely rec...ommend him to anyone going through a similar situation!

I would not recommend this attorney. I was not informed, before the hearing, of one very important ruling/order the judge made and was surprised by the questioning of the other attorney during the hearing for my case. There were mistakes made that seriously damaged my case. He seemed only interested ...in money and was not prepared for the hearing.
