I hired the Montgomery Law office after I started with a different Attorney, and let me tell you I have never been more pleased. Ryan and his team have become more than just this attorney that I found. Let me explain I work around Greenville SC and have been involved in 2 separate automotive accide...nts, neither was I at fault. The first one I hired a different Attorney and I was never updated on my case, every couple of months I would call the office and would be told "we are working on it", and finally after 9 months of waiting I decided to terminate my relationship with that Law firm. Now I find The Montgomery Law Firm, and from the start their energy was different. My stagnant case hopped into overdrive. Every step of the way I am constantly updated via email. They call me, yes they called me with updates. Then the 2nd car wreck and when I called their office they had me well taken care. Basically I have actually gained some new friends out of these tragedies. Now let's talk money, I like everyone else see these screaming, goofy ads on t.v. that promise the moon and if that's what your looking for then well these guys are not for you, but if you are looking for a team that is fair, honest, friendly, and who lay out real expectations, then look no further. I now look back on these tragedies as blessings because I didn't find just an exceptional Law office, I found friends.

I really thought I was proactive and interviewed several lawyers. I was advised to hire one. He used big words and made me feel important and that I was a good case. I hired him. I called his office several times asking what was next. The paralegal told me your job is just to get better! Well af...ter 4 month he said to settle. That going to the doctor again wouldn’t change the outcome. I got very little for my life being impacted as it was. He got a tremendous amount for the little he did! Do not use him. He is out for him!! Not you. I 100% regret hiring him.

I met Ryan in Greenville and liked him but I listened to some family members' recommendation and went with someone else. The other firm dragged along and did absolutely nothing for 2 years. They were waiting on a phone call with an offer. I went back to Ryan and he had my case settled out of court... in about a month. The adjuster that had my case yanked me around from day one. They cut my check off a couple times and the attorney I initially hired did very little if anything. The insurance company had me walking on eggshells and in fear if I did this or didn't do that theyd stop my weekly check. After I signed with Ryan, he copied me on a letter he sent them and I immediately knew I made the right decision. His letter to them was: I'm representing this client and I'm going to need you to do this, this, and this, and by the way according to state of SC vs. so and so, you'll need to bring my client a check for witness fees and travel expenses. I wish I could have been there when they opened that letter. He knows his stuff. He's AWESOME and when you have a question or call he tries his best to respond personally. When you go to his office you're made to feel welcome. Everyone is very friendly. Mr. Montgomery meets you within a couple minutes when you have appointments. He listens to you and explains everything that's going on and what to expect. You can't go wrong with him. I wasted 2 years with another well known firm.
