We take great pride in the title of being  a Trial Lawyer and must earn it everyday.  We are prepared to go all the way to trial, every time.  That is the only way to properly prepare a case, protect a client and achieve the maximum possible recovery. - Fayssoux Law Firm - Trial Lawyers with Results

Wally Fayssoux is a life-long resident of Greenville. He is married to Catherine O'Leary Fayssoux, a former prosecutor for Greenville County and together they have two sons, Hammond and Beck.

After graduating from The Citadel in 1996 with a BA degree in Business, he went on to follow in his father's footsteps and attended the University of South Carolina School of Law. Wally graduated in 1999 as a member of the National Moot Court Team and as a member of the Order of the Barristers. He then returned home and fulfilled a dream by opening the Fayssoux Law Firm with his father. Together they have over 50 years experience in the practice of law. Among his many professional associations, Wally is a member of the South Carolina Association for Justice and The American Board of Trial Advocates. In 2008, he was selected by the South Carolina ABOTA as "Young Lawyer Of The Year."

Wally has devoted a majority of his practice to representing Plaintiffs in civil litigation. He has established a reputation as a passionate and dedicated trial lawyer and has been successful in obtaining three of the top five largest personal injury verdicts in the history of the Greenville County state court system and recently achieved the largest jury verdict in the state in 2012 . His solid reputation is expanding statewide as he argues cases before the South Carolina Court of Appeals, the South Carolina Supreme Court, and the United States District Court.

Wally has helped his clients achieve extremely positive results in personal injury cases involving defective products, medical malpractice, automobile accidents, trucking accidents, and other tort and business litigation. He has litigated numerous cases involving property rights, defending both individual and corporate Plaintiffs against the Government in individual condemnation and other takings cases. Wally has also established a significant criminal practice and has represented numerous law enforcement officers in both federal and state courts, as well as numerous private citizens in actions ranging from DUI to capital punishment. Although his efforts and reputation have been instrumental in securing numerous significant settlements for his clients, Wally is a zealous advocate of our jury system and has been lead counsel on over fifty (50) jury trials. While the client will always dictate the manner in which a case is resolved, Wally continues to solidify his reputation as a passionate trial lawyer who is always willing to try his cases before a jury.

Fantastic Attorney!!!
If you are looking for a lawyer who truly cares about you and your case, Wally is the lawyer for you. Wally is extremely knowledgeable, and has always taken the time to answer every question I've had, no matter how small. He was always very honest and upfront about my case, and I felt Wally and his staff always went out of their way to keep me informed during my case. You can definitely tell that being a lawyer is something Wally is very passionate about. I always felt like he made decisions based on what was best for me, and not based on what was convenient. I truly can not say enough positive things about him, he really is an amazing lawyer and person.

Highly recommend
I employed Wally based on a recommendation from a Law Enforcement Officer a telling example of the respect he has earned in his community. Honest, ethical, and personable, Mr. Fayssoux provided superb service. I was very impressed by his professionalism, attention to detail, knowledge of the law, and, most importantly, his sincere interest in serving our case.

Great Service
The team at the Fayssoux Firm basically saved my life. After a painful wreck that was not my fault, I couldn't work and my medical bills were piling up. The insurance companies kept delaying my payment until I contacted Wally at the Fayssoux Firm. They took care of everything. Finally I had someone that would listen to me and not pass me off to someone else. They got my claim paid and it was even more than I originally thought I was going to get.

Skilled and effective trial attorney - best I have ever seen
I am a consultant and expert witness and have worked with Mr. Fayssoux in respect to numerous cases with many of them resulting in a trial. In my capacity I have the opportunity to work with many other lawyers and without exception Mr. Fayssoux is the best attorney I have had the pleasure to work with and by far the most gifted trial attorney I have seen in court.

An attorney you have to babysit
We closed on a property that had a cloud on the title that was bought at tax sale. This attorney's office was impossible to ever get in touch with. They never came through on anything they promised, and we constantly had to stay on top of them to get anything done. I would NEVER use them again.

WRONG LAYWER !!!! I'm sorry this individual had a bad experience but they have reviewed the wrong lawyer. I don't do real estate closings and certainly did not represent this individual. This review was meant for someone else.
