Paul Eugene Hammack

About me

After nine years practicing with large law firms in Georgia and South Carolina, Paul Hammack founded Hammack Law Firm, LLC in 2008. Paul's vision was to create a firm dedicated to providing aggressive, quality legal services while maintaining a firm atmosphere promoting quality of life and balance between career and family. Hammack Law Firm represents businesses and individuals in general litigation, transportation, personal injury, fire claims, admiralty and maritime claims and corporate disputes before state and federal trial and appellate courts.

Paul is licensed in South Carolina and Georgia, providing regional coverage to the firm's clients. The firm is centrally located in the upstate of South Carolina in Greenville, which is situated between Charlotte, North Carolina and Atlanta, Georgia in the Interstate 85 corridor.

Choosing the right attorney to represent you is the most important decision you will make when facing litigation. Having an attorney you can trust is critical to formulating a successful litigation strategy and achieving a favorable outcome. Trust is gained by building genuine relationships based upon integrity and mutual goals. Hammack Law Firm was built on strong partnerships with our clients, and our future depends upon a commitment to serving our clients and a willingness to adapt to our clients’ ever-changing needs. Rather than implementing standard formulas and dictating our agenda, we listen to our clients and work alongside them to accomplish the best results while providing the most reasonable value. Hammack Law Firm is dedicated to earning your business in unconventional ways. We give it to you straight instead of telling you what you want to hear. At HLF, we earn our swagger. We are a firm that respects your business and works hard to keep it because you matter. Let's build a relationship today.
