Biography
Ryan is South Carolina born and raised and has worked since he was 14 years old starting with bagged groceries. He continued to work through high school and swung a hammer working construction during college. Ryan is the first in his family to ever graduate college.
Ryan is a former insurance company lawyer and as a former insurance company attorney, he knows first-hand how they work. Adjusters deny claims. Some deny your medical care, some deny your money and they try to pay as little possible on your case. Finally, he’d had enough of taking orders that would potentially harm the injured in South Carolina and knew the only way to make a difference was to switch sides to help the injured using his 20 years of experience to help those who have been severely injured in South Carolina whether it be a workers’ compensation injury, a car accident or trucking accident.
Ryan is married with 3 boys. When not working he enjoys the outdoors and giving back to the community through “We’ve Got Your Back”, a community initiative where Ryan Montgomery Law donates pre-stuffed backpacks to local area public schools.

Aggressive and Amazing Lawyer
