Mr. Ezell is everything I wanted in a lawyer and surprisingly more than I expected. Initially I contacted Mr. Ezell to see if I needed a lawyer in the first place. While cost doesn't reflect any professional's abilities, I feel it's worth noting here as most lawyers have fees, sometimes very expens...ive fees or even a retainer as a requirement just to initially meet. For my business though, chemistry is crucial, and I was able to meet with Mr. Ezell without retaining him and for a nearly incidental fee. The chemistry was immediate, and I didn't feel any pressure from Mr. Ezell to retain him in spite of the legal advice he provided being invaluable, certainly worth the price of our initial meeting. From there I retained Mr. Ezell. No time was wasted, every question was answered, every "t" was crossed and "i" dotted, and every option explained honestly. Email questions were responded to no longer than one business day, usually same-day, and most communication was directed through his Paralegal, Janet, to help minimize costs (Janet is also a fantastic professional). This has been a difficult time for me, and it's not over. I've been very apprehensive, and initially I thought trips to a lawyer would be the most nerve-racking part of the process. Instead, it's been the opposite. Mr. Ezell's office has helped bring me peace, for the lack of a better term. He knows the law, and how to communicate it. Mr. Ezell is personal, efficient, and professional. I didn't think I'd need a lawyer in my thirties, and now I know who my lawyer will be into the future.
