Excellent defense of my case

I was considering pleading guilty to a serious traffic offense which could have called for jail time, but I subsequently decided to hire the Frederick Law Office. I was interviewed by Bobby Frederick and Lacey Lee; they walked me through my charges and talked about how they would proceed to defend me. Everything was expertly and efficiently done, as they said it would be. Not only was my charge dismissed, but they were able to have it reduced to a lesser offense. Also, thanks to their counsel, I was even able to retain my driver's license for the long waiting period...inherent in this type of case. I would certainly recommend Mr. Frederick's firm to anyone needing a competent defense.

Great attorney

Bobby was very knowledgeable trustworthy and committed to my husband's case. With all the charges that kept getting stacked against him, I never thought we would get out of it, but somehow Bobby got him a great deal. He never really considered going to trial, not that I am saying it as a negative thing, but it seems to be in contrast with the multiple other reviews stating he is a fan of jury trials. Maybe he just considered my husband's case not jury - compatible, but reading all these reviews it seems he kicks butt in trial, so I think he probably would have won. But I digress, I am sure he knows better than me. Either way, a great attorney!

The miracle worker

My family member was facing a ridiculous but very serious charge. We were foolish and waited until it was time for trial to find an attorney. After several phone calls we called Bobby Frederick back. He never tried to force anyone to plea he just gives you your options. If the prosecution offers you a plea it's his job to tell you. We weighed the options that he gave us and ultimately took it to trial. Someone's life hung in the balance and it didn't look good. He won that trial. A unanimous not guilty verdict. I am so forever grateful. I sincerely love everyone in his firm for all their effort and hard work. I can't say enough about these people. I would earnestly recommend them to everyone.

Honest people that keep you informed in a time that matters most.

Wonderfully helpful attorney.

Very Professional and friendly, really cared and helped see my case through...also great staff

Excellent attorney

Everyone knows in a court of law even with the best attorney money can buy the result may not be in the deffendants favor. Not only did bobby get me the result I was looking for he did it professionally an with true regard for my well being. Anyone who had written a negative review is just bitter due to the fact they committed a crime and could not get out of it.

Most Genuine Attorney Ever!

The first time I met Bobby the one thing I noticed was that he was sincerely committed to my case. I was facing 10 yrs in State prison and I was scared to death, but he was there from day 1 to reassure me I would be proven innocent and that his goal was to have my record expunged. To be honest I thought he was crazy given all the evidence stacked against me. And somehow within 90 days it was over, case dismissed, and two months later all charges expunged. I'd out my life in this guys hands any day.

Great Attorney

I contacted Mr. Frederick after having been cited for public disorderly. As this was my first offense, and considering the nature of my career, I opted to hire an experienced attorney. I contacted Mr. Frederick's office as well as another attorney's office. Mr. Frederick's assistant, Joi, gave me all the information I needed to know right away and assured me my case would be handled. His prices were fair and he handled my case exactly as they told me they would. I was very pleased with the outcome of my case. I would use him again if needed and would definitely recommend him for his expertise.

Professional and knowledgeable attorney who returns phone calls after hours and on weekends

Highly Recommended

One of my immediate family members had an incident while they were in Myrtle Beach. We contacted a few attorney's after doing some research on them and Bobby actually called us back the same day, not his paralegal either, Bobby. (Seemingly most of the time you don't get to speak with the attorney.) After explaining our situtation and talking with Bobby, we felt very comfortable and at ease in moving forward. Bobby Frederick is Awesome!

I called and talked to several lawyers around the beach and NO ONE would even hear me out or file action unless i paid in full first. Bobby not only let me explain my story but set up a payment plan that helped me out extremely. Between him and his assistants i was informed the whole way an never left with unanswered questions. If it werent for Bobby i would have lost my career based on something i truely didnt do. I would recommend Bobby to anyone who needs a lawyer. Bobby G Frederick, -v/s- Law enforcement.

Bobby's memory is great in court, He knows the law, and now, "after my case " a little more about Motorcycles. It's easy enough for "CERTAIN" agency's to pull scams if they choose, or arrest people who aren't guilty,to get a convictions in court,They're supposed to be honest and trustworthy,With what they say being based on fact beyond resonable shadow of a doubt. The truth of the matter is "some Lie" and will say what they have to just to win there case "Truth or not"..Not on Bobby's watch..He's not scared to call them out,even if it means arguing with the judge.When he's right "HE'S RIGHT"!!!! It was a pleasure meeting Mr.Frederick and although I would rather my case not have happened at all,since it did it was an honor seeing him defend my case with such enthusiasum and knowladge of the law.. Some people understand that things are backwords when it comes to law inforcement,and when they say you're innocent until proven guilty,what they really mean is , You're guilty until you get someone to prove you're innocent. The courtroom has it's own language and Bobby knows how to speak it..

Bobby Frederick Did a Great Job For Me!

I was falsely accused of and detained for shoplifting from a major retailer. Bobby didn't hesitate to help me seek justice for the violation of my civil rights. He was always quick to respond even though he stays very busy helping all of his clients. I appreciate the help he provided to me at a very difficult time. He was able to help me resolve the situation quickly and in my favor. If I ever need an attorney in the future I plan to call Bobby Frederick!

Completely satisfied

Bobby kept me informed of any updates on my case and quickly answered any questions or qualms that I had. The outcome of my legal issue was better than I expected thanks to Bobby. Passion for Justice

Bobby has an embedded passion for justice. He is a firm believer in the jury process and not your typical "cop a plea" attorney. Bobby advocates for his clients rights. Worst Law Firm I've ever dealt with.

Mr. Frederick's Law Firm did not keep me informed on my case. Never returned my calls. Lied about the trial date, and has an unethical lawyer-client contract. He's not Better Business Bureau approved for a reason. Avoid at all costs.

I have no idea who this is and can only assume it is not a client. All clients are kept informed on their cases, and are copied on all correspondence. I have no idea why anyone would think that their attorney would "lie about the trial date." The contents of our lawyer-client contract is dictated by the ethics rules, ironically. Took my money, tried to force me to plead then quit when I didn't

Don't trust this mail order lawyer. Had a charge from a vacation trip in Myrtle Beach and kept receiving his junk mail weekly when I got back home. Finally after talking with my wife and taking the case as far personally as we could we decided to call him and see what he could do. Basically all he could do is take my $1,500 forget to file motions, forget to evidence in a case, have his first year assistant Matt (who knew nothing of the case) answer questions, and then try to force me to take a deal. My first offer was for 1 day given time served and 3 charges dropped. All this was based on my previous work of getting motion of discovery and evidence before hiring Mr. Frederick. I refused and Bobby said he would get a hearing for the missing evidence. 7 months he did nothing and then when he tried to get me take a plea deal I wouldn't. When he found out he'd actually have to go to the evidence hearing or resign his position he chose to email me at night, tell me quit and to never contact him.
