I was picked out of random for a DUI leaving a restaurant in Murrells Inlet. Because of some really bad decisions I found myself facing some serious charges. When Mr. Monckton told me that I figured that since this is my first offense I'd probably get 3 maybe 5 years, but Mr. Monckton was able to negotiate a YOA sentence. Mr. Monckton was able to get me a resolution far better than I was looking at originally or could have imagined. My charges can be expunged once I complete all my probation and other requirements. I want to be able to use this opportunity to get my priorities right and my life straightened out and all of this is possible because Mr. Monckton was the man by my side through my legal process. With my record expunged I can start over with a clean slate. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an attorney.
