Dismissed DUI charges thanks to Dayne

I hired Dayne after I was charged and arrested for a DUI. Being a nurse, I was terrified of how this could affect me and my career. Dayne was extremely nonjudgmental and thorough when working on my case. He advocated exponentially on my behalf and made me feel well-represented. He was able to get all... my charges dismissed completely. I would highly recommend him to anyone charged with a DUI, especially those with a healthcare career that could be greatly affected by such a charge. Thank you!!

Honest, Real, and Fierce! They type of Lawyer everyone needs.

Atty. Dayne Phillips took on a wrongful and tough case for my family and challenged the "powers that be" to ensure that justice be fairly administered and demanded that the systematic injustice be brought to light. He is a rare and honest gem in a legal system and network of power and influence that... can feel like it only benefits the rich and powerful. He delivers when the world seems overwhelmingly stacked against you. In a word, he is SUBERB Council to have on your side.

Best of the Best

Dayne Phillips saved my life. I needed Dayne's expertise to protect my professional license, as well as, help me with my legal issues. Not only did he get my legal issues favorably resolved and cleared, but he helped me get my professional license reinstated. I cannot say enough good things about Mr.... Phillips. He is not only the best thing that happened to me during a dark time in life, but he is just a caring, empathetic, and overall great guy. Without his guidance, I am not sure where I would be. I am forever grateful for Dayne and will always recommend him.

Experienced, knowledgeable representative

Dayne Phillips assisted us with a case and we had no prior legal experience. We would never have gotten through this process without his patient guidance and experience at various stages. I cannot recommend his representation highly enough!

Excellent Service

I was very pleased and comfortable with Mr. Phillips representing me. He was very helpful and anytime I needed his help or advice he was always there to make sure I understood exactly what I was going to court for and what everything meant. He helped me with making the best decision in order to mov...e past my mistakes which led me to court. I would recommend and refer him 100% to anyone in need of his services. I've had past experiences with other attorneys and they were not helpful what so ever, I may have seen them once and that was to hire them and talk about my case. Unlike my past representatives, Mr. Phillips was always available whether it be a conference call or a meeting in person. He did everything he said he was going to do and he didn't send me to anyone else or have anyone else represent me for him. I would definitely hire him again!!!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
