Honest, Real, and Fierce! They type of Lawyer everyone needs.

Atty. Dayne Phillips took on a wrongful and tough case for my family and challenged the "powers that be" to ensure that justice be fairly administered and demanded that the systematic injustice be brought to light. He is a rare and honest gem in a legal system and network of power and influence that can feel like it only benefits the rich and powerful. He delivers when the world seems overwhelmingly stacked against you. In a word, he is SUBERB Council to have on your side.

Experienced, knowledgeable representative

Excellent Service

I was very pleased and comfortable with Mr. Phillips representing me. He was very helpful and anytime I needed his help or advice he was always there to make sure I understood exactly what I was going to court for and what everything meant. He helped me with making the best decision in order to move past my mistakes which led me to court. I would recommend and refer him 100% to anyone in need of his services. I've had past experiences with other attorneys and they were not helpful what so ever, I may have seen them once and that was to hire them and talk about my case. Unlike my past representatives, Mr. Phillips was always available whether it be a conference call or a meeting in person. He did everything he said he was going to do and he didn't send me to anyone else or have anyone else represent me for him. I would definitely hire him again!!!

The lawyer other lawyers call when they are in trouble.

I am a lawyer and very familiar with criminal attorneys practicing in Columbia. When I was looking at a criminal contempt charge, I knew who to call. Dayne is one of the most dedicated lawyers I have ever known. He is truly a rising star in the legal community. An Outstanding Attorney

I hired Mr. Phillips to defend my son against several driving charges. I was immediately impressed by his willingness to listen and to weigh each detail of the case. He was down to earth and practical, easy to talk to and showed genuine concern. He quickly analyzed the details of the case, cutting away the trivia and going to the core legal questions. He told us what we could reasonably expect as an outcome, then because of his understanding of the process and the situation he went about to deliver the best results. He was able to work out an agreement where two charges were dropped and one ended in payment of a fine. I felt my son was well represented and the result speaks for itself. Mr. Phillips did a masterful job leading to what I consider a just but favorable conclusion.
