By Far the Best Criminal Defense Lawyer in Myrtle Beach

I hired Bradley to represent me in a recent criminal matter. I honestly went in expecting jail time and was merely hoping that Bradley could help me get a lighter sentence. His performance went above and beyond my expectations in every way. Not only did I avoid jail, Bradley was able to have the charges completely dismissed. In my interactions with Bradley, he was extremely understanding, he actually listened, and he genuinely seemed to care about me as a person (which in my experience, is rare for an attorney). I would HIGHLY recommend Bradley for any legal need you may have. He is by far the best attorney that I have ever worked with.

Surfside court

He was so easy to talk to, explained everything, gave me a good idea of what his plan was for me, answered emails, was early to court and just a great guy. When I went for my consultation I was so nervous but he really cares and took time to hear my story and about me. When it came time for court he spoke with the officer and the court many times, keeping me up to the minute on what was offered and what he was working to do. I am very happy with the result!!!

Minor drug possession and shop-lifting

Hired Mr. Yates to handle my son's case. We live out of state and needed a lawyer to handle this case for us without us having to make trips back and forth to the Myrtle Beach area. We were very pleased with his handling of this case and also our interaction with his legal secretary. Mr. Yate's firm keep us informed and handled the case professionally. We were pleased with the outcome of the case. I would recommend Mr. Yates.

Super helpful

Well as I've never been in trouble before I hit a bump in the road and put myself in a situation.. When I called the firm they were very helpful n friendly... Misdemeanor

Bradley was able to help me get out of my big ticket with the law. I could have gotten a huge punishment but he managed to get me community service hours done to get rid of my ticket that could have gone into my record so that was big time. I definitely recommend anyone to work with him as he is an amazing lawyer.

He'll be there for you through the good, the bad, and the ugly.

Bradley Yates is a very personable and knowledgeable lawyer. He listens and deals with the issues at hand. He is quick to respond with any and all questions you may have. He goes out of his way to help and advise you. My son had major drug charges and Bradley got him a very fair deal. Our story is long and has many twists and turns, but Bradley did everything he said he would do and then some. My son is getting the help he needs thanks to Bradley Yates. Excellent Job!

Bradley Yates did an outstanding job for my family. My husband was charged with Careless driving( he accidentally turned off the headlights on an older car instead of the interior lights and drove for a few blocks and was pulled over). This is not a big deal and 0 points in South Carolina, but as Bradley pointed out to us as North Carolina residents it could be 4 to 6 points when the charge transferred. His communication was excellent He used phone calls, emails, faxes, and texting to keep us informed. After the court date, he even texted us that night to let us know the charges had been dismissed. He is very knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Mr. Yates.
