Rob Usry

Rob is one of the most pleasant and respectful people I have ever met. He never made me feel unsure or regret my decision to go with him. I was always greeted with a smile and knowing that he was doing everything he could for myself, my son, and my case. I loved the fact knowing I didn't feel like I ...was going in blind and ignorant as he explained the entire process to me. Can't thank him enough!

I have actually hired Rob Usry not once, but twice! Our first issue related to a minor accident and a charge of Driving under the Influence of alcohol. Rob instructed me on the activities I could take to increase my chances for a better outcome. These activities along with his talent for working with... the law enforcement officer led to a greatly downgraded charge that was very acceptable to me given the situation. Unfortunately, I was once again charged later the same year. While there was no accident or even any incident that led to the traffic stop, a second appearance in the same court did not look promising. Mr. Usry was very honest and forthcoming about the possible outcomes to this new charge. I have to say, it was not looking very positive. However, we experienced a few delays due to the officers obligations and Rob was able to schedule a window of opportunity that worked very well for our case. Once again rob was able to work through the situation and speak on my behalf to negotiate the best possible outcome. I could not have experienced a better resolution to the case. I would strongly recommend Rob Usry to any and all potential clients. His fees are reasonable and his performance is phenomenal!

Robert Usry helped me with the up most effort in my Brother and mother wrongful deaths case ending with a victory in a settled case awarding me with a fair share of money. Mr. Usry fought the health insurance companies for me because their bills were extremely high on both my brother and mother to th...e point the high bills was going to leave me with nothing. Mr. Usry did a great job talking down the insurance companies down so that I could have a fair share of money. Not only did Mr. Usry help me with my case he also was very respectful and he comfort me through the lost of my family members. I will recommend anyone to Mr. Usry because they will be getting a great hard working lawyer.

While I never thought in a million years that I would be arrested, I was. I was arrested for DV. It was certainly a horrible experience. Between the jail, dealing with the police, and finding out that the case would take months to resolve, I felt like everything I worked hard for was slipping way. ... Pros: Mr. Usry reassured me that everything would be okay, and I realized he tried to be careful about making promises he could not keep. He is very genuine and tries his best to make you feel as comfortable as you can be in a difficult situation. He always returned my calls. He kept me updated on my case, and he did not pass judgement. There were some hiccups along the way, but mostly it had to do with the solicitor. I was not myself for the first few months (I was a bit crazy dealing with finishing my education, raising my babies, and having a husband who bailed), and Mr. Usry was still professional when addressing me. He also gave me words of advice that I may not have wanted to hear at the time, but I needed to hear. Mr. Usry and his paralegal did a great job gathering information about me to try to get the best deal possible. Cons: It did put a dent in my pocket. It is important to do your own research, even if you are confident you have the best lawyer. Always ask questions. Your lawyer cannot read your mind and you cannot read his/hers. This would have saved me more time in general when it came to my case. Note: I could have taken my chances with a public defender or cheaper representation, however, I had a lot to lose and my case was complicated because my child was there during the incident. I needed someone who cared about the case.

July 18th, 2016 is a day my family will never forget. We lost our Mom and oldest sister that day in a horrible auto accident at the fault of another driver. Since we live in SC but the accident happened in NC, Rob brought on an attorney from NC as well to assist with the NC laws. They were with us every step of the way. When your're grieving, it's nice to know you have a great group of people there to walk with you. We live about an hour away from the law firm but Rob made if easy for us by handling everything via phone, email or mail. When the final settlement date was scheduled right after I was scheduled to start a new job, Rob and Camilla worked hard to get the date moved up to a date prior to my new job starting. The firm always went the extra mile for us. Our family is still dealing with the loss but we couldn't have made it through this difficult time without Rob and his staff.
