Absolutely thrilled with the outcome that Rob was able to get for my situation. I had a DUI charge that also included an accident. Rob attempted to get the DUI dismissed on a technicality, unfortunately the Judge disagreed with his motion. While Rob was fairly confident that we would still get it ...dismissed on appeal, a better option than going through a trial and then the appeal process for me, was that he was able to get a reduced charge (and not a DUAC either) that kept me from having to worry about any license suspension and pay a reasonable fine (and associated license points). This result was what he considered would likely be my "best case" scenario when we first discussed my case, so I am extremely pleased with the service that was provided to me and would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Usry to anyone finding themselves in a similar situation.

I was arrested for a DUI charge (along with two minor violations), my first arrest of any type. Rob met with me, and told me a range of possible outcomes. He showed great familiarity with the Spartanburg County court system and DUI charges in general. He helped put my mind at ease about the process m...oving forward, and I had full confidence that he would represent me well. Rob had prepared me for the possibility that I might need to plead to a lesser charge. In fact, what happened is that the original charges were dropped, and I received a citation for a different charge. This meant that I would get no points on my license and no change to my insurance. I still had to pay a fine to the court, but it was worth it in light of having the DUI go away. Throughout the process, Rob was friendly, informative, and professional.
