Biography
Tyler Bathrick grew up in South Bend, Indiana with a fierce passion for fighting for the rights of others. He saw how insurance companies and big corporations would take advantage of people and knew he would be able to make an impact as a personal injury lawyer.
Tyler earned his Bachelor’s from Indiana University in 2003, before graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2006. Right after graduation, Tyler began working as an associate attorney, training directly under two former South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commissioners. Because of Tyler’s impeccable reputation for handling cases with care and his depth of knowledge, other law firms often ask for his assistance with workers' compensation cases.

A life changing experience...
I fell off a ladder at work and hurt my back. After I returned from the hospital, I called 2 Lawyers I found in the Yellow Pages, and they both told me the same thing - that I did not have a case.
