Todd was very professional. He knew acactly how to handle my case and give me great advice. Everything went very smoothly through the process and I could not have done it on my own. I would recommend him to anyone I would meet in the future who needed help.

Excelent result, communication and service exceded expectations

I have two attorneys in the family with over 85 years of experience, and I'm constantly having to deal with various legal issues in my line of business. I normally call on one of my family members to take care of things, but in the interest of avoiding extra family duties I decided to give someone el...se a chance and came across Mr. Mosley. I didn't expect too much in the way of service as that is what I am used to, but with Mr. Mosley it was totally different. All the normal hassles of gathering documents and shuffling things around were minimized by Mr. Mosley and his team, and when at the last minute he needed other documents from me I was able to get the required information to him while in the court room through email. This is something I have not had the option to do in the past and it would have resulted in extra court fees and wasted time. If you need legal help and you want to get things done quickly and efficiently I couldn't think of anyone other than Todd to recommend, and I plan to keep him on retainer for future work.

Difficult Case

After searching for a lawyer to take a very difficult case, we hired Todd. We where suing another lawyer and no firm wanted to handle our case. We have worked with many lawyers over the years; Todd was knowledgeable and well prepared. We will certainly use Todd again.
