My firm has represented thousands of consumers in the areas of Identity Theft, Credit Card Fraud, Credit Report Mistakes or Errors, and Debt Collection Harassment. Our Consumer Proctection practice focuses on assisting clients with problems, errors and/or inconsistencies on their credit and fighting debt collection harassment.

Fixed my problem quickly
I had a loan reporting as "included in bankruptcy." It must have been a clerical error on the part of the credit bureaus because I have never been involved in any bankruptcy.
