I would not recommend Jocelyn Henderson to represent anyone!She is bad business I had a possession charge and tried to retain her!I gave her 500 down!!I am on a fixed income and have a one year old small daughter!I gave her my money before the indictment and when I was indicted a few months later sh...e never showed up in court never called me never signed to on to be my attorney!The month I was indicted I had a major surgery!!She never once act like she wanted to take the case!!So the courts assigned me a Public Defender and he did more than she did in a day they dismissed possession charge so I went to Jocelyn office to get my money back and she informed me she could only give me 250.00 partial refund back of 700.00 that I gave her!She wrote a check for 250.00!Iwas very upset and devastated! And was wondering why she could just take my money like that and she never came to court of filed any paperwork on my behalf? Basically from the beginning it's like she wasn't interested in the case!This lady is a crook and very unprofessional!I wouldn't advise anyone to retain her!I'm a single mother on a fixed income and she basically ripped me off in another form!!!!DO NOT HIRE JOCELYN VERONICA HENDERSON!!!!
