If are in need of a attorney in the Asheville area look no further,Anthony Tuorto is a brilliant lawyer. I was arrested on a serious felony charge, from my first meeting with Mr.T i felt that he was passionate about my defense. Good guy, great results

Anthony is one of the best attorneys I've ever had and I've had quite a few. I had multiple charges from 3 different incidents including 1 felony, 1 misdemeanor, and 4 misdemeanors. All were dismissed except 1 minor misdemeanor. This was amazing considering I already have a record. Not only was he gr...eat at his job but he was also the most pleasant lawyer I've ever had. Truly passionate and caring about my situation. Most lawyers I've had are condescending and smug but Anthony was a lawyer I actually looked forward to taking to. He is definitely my go to guy and God forbid I get into anymore legal trouble he will be the one taking care of it.

This guy is on the ball!

I bet you will come to recommend Anthony Tuorto as I am doing now. He is professional and friendly. He listens carefully to understand quickly. He takes your input and follows through on what he says . In our case, he got the best possible results. Though I hope I never need to hire him again, i...f I ever do need another lawyer I will certainly call on Anthony.

First time experience that couldn't have put my at more ease

This was my first time having to deal with a legality problem and I was incredibly stressed about it. Luckily I had the pleasure of working with the Tuorto group on my case. Throughout the entire process I was told of my situation as well as possible outcomes, kept up to do throughout the entire thin...g, and called with the great news quickly that we had won! Everyone in the office was very kind and really there to help in any way. Not knowing much about law and my options I feel much safer knowing in the future if there were any troubles of any kind I would know who I could turn to, even if for simple questions. Everything was very very simple, I went in to sign my paperwork one day and Mr. Tuorto was very nice, professional and made me feel like his confidence in my case could let me feel confident in it as well. Alongside of Mr. Tuorto, he had an incredible staff, one of which Ms. Anderson was constantly available for any question I may have as well as being another to keep me up to date as well on my case. I do not wish upon anyone to have to deal with such things as court appearances, traffic violations, fines, etc. but if you are dealing with such, Tuorto law should be your first call. Especially if you are new to it all, as I was because I had no idea what my next steps were and they laid it out very easily for me. Not only did my case completely get dismissed, I didn't even have to go to court that day!!! I would have had to take a day from work, go down to the court room (which I would not have known where to go), wait and try to discuss my case on my own. With Asheville expanding and growing rapidly, police force is as well on more of a patrol than ever to keep the safety and things such as lack of seat belt, speeding, lack of registration, etc. are very quick reasons for a hefty fine now. If you ever find yourself dealing with anything of the sort, Tuorto Law should be your very first call. Thank you so much for helping me with my case and saving me a tremendous amount of money!

Friendly and Professional with an Ideal Outcome

The Staff at Tuorto Law (Anthony and Madelyn) are both friendly and professional. Anthony was sympathetic to my situation and very thorough in helping me better understand said situation, my options, and the possible outcomes. Thanks to Anthony, my case was resolved with the ideal outcome in my favor..., and I didn't even have to set foot in a courtroom. I highly recommend Mr. Tuorto for legal services. He is on your side.
