ARE YOU ON THIS ROAD?

ARE YOU PRESENTLY ON THIS ROAD, AND HAVE NO CLUE WHAT TO DO? If you are in need of an attorney, hire Atty. Gint Krulikas of Minick Law, P.C. in Wilmington, NC. You will not be disappointed. The outcome of your case may not be the same as my family member’s, but with Atty. Krulikas rest a...ssured that you are in excellent hands at a time where you are in desperate need. When a member of your family or a close friend gets arrested, that causes the whole world to come crashing down on you both, especially if like us, you are clueless as to how to solve this problem with which we were dealt. So we prayed. We both began to take steps to get the best possible outcome, by searching for the facts and evidence. We kept hitting roadblocks. Though financially strapped, we both pulled all our assets together and hired a private attorney. Slowly, we both realized that this was not working out. So we asked very close friends and family, that we trusted, as to what to do. They advised us to seek other counsel. One friend specifically told us what to look for in an attorney. So again, we prayed. Then we went searching the internet for that type of attorney(based on reviews, awards, etc). Time was very short, and trial was approaching, since there had been prior continuances. Our search led us to Atty. Gint Krulikas of Minick Law, P.C., who fitted that description. And what a blessing. This attorney is beyond what we imagined: fee is reasonable, provides detailed zoom consultation, extremely knowledgeable about the law, very detailed in what steps he and your family member needed to take, provided your family member with a contract and detailed instructions, and is very professional. Atty. Krulikas, provided us with continuous updates, and immediately answered all emails sent to him, and kept us updated non-stop. He prepared my family member for trial, detailing the worst outcome to the best outcome. Based on what he told us, we were completely satisfied that he had looked very closely at the case, and had prepared it thoroughly. Even though we were terrified, we knew God had placed my family member in excellent hands, those of Atty. Krulikas. We got to court for trial, and Atty. Krulikas, though he had other clients, kept going to them as well as us with updates, non-stop. He was extremely professional with his behavior during the entire time, and wasted no time working on all his cases. He then calmly pulled us outside, and provided us with the best outcome ever: CASE DISMISSED! We can’t describe our reaction, except blessed beyond words. If you are seeking for an attorney, one that is exceptionally knowledgeable in the law, and who really cares, hire Atty. Gint Krulikas, You will not be disappointed.

Don’t Let Them Scare You

This guy very shamelessly overstated the severity of my charges to spook me into paying him. The fact is you’re paying these guys to do everything yourself. If your case is only going before a DA’s assistant in Friday traffic court, don’t even bother paying someone like this. Get what free consultat...ion you can and excute yourself because you most likely wont even get as far as needing a lawyer the way paperless-court is conducted in 2025 going forward.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. My goal is always to provide clear, honest advice and support to my clients, tailored to their specific situation. I regret if my assessment of your case came across as overstated—it’s never my intention to cause unnecessary concern. I appreciate your perspective and will take it into consideration as I continue to refine my approach to serving clients. If there’s anything further I can do to address your concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Wishing you the best moving forward.

Thank you for getting my case dismissed before the court date! Attorney Gint, you're outstanding!

While I rarely write reviews, my experience with Attorney Gint compelled me to share my story to help others in similar situations. After receiving a citation in Wilmington for failure to yield right of way, I contacted several law firms as a first-time offender. Most only connected me with receptio...nists or assistants who took notes - and while I appreciate legal support staff, I wanted to speak directly with the attorney who would represent me in court. Attorney Gint stood out from our first conversation. He listened patiently to my situation and thoroughly explained all possibilities, from best to worst-case scenarios, including insurance implications and DMV points. He addressed all my questions and outlined which documents could help get the case dismissed. After gathering the necessary information over the next couple of weeks, I retained his services. His responsiveness and clear communication were exceptional. Even after being retained, he remained highly accessible, answering all questions with professionalism, ownership, and clarity. His organizational and documentation skills are impressive, demonstrating genuine care for his clients. Using New Hanover County's e-court system, he documented my case and evidence according to his strategic plan. He successfully got my ticket dismissed well before the court date, saving me, a non-NC resident, from unnecessary travel. He even offered complimentary assistance with expungement letter paperwork. Throughout the process, his kindness and empathy were evident. I wholeheartedly recommend Attorney Gint if he's willing to take your case. When he sees merit in your situation, trust his guidance completely. I'm happy to discuss my experience with anyone who has questions.

Very Sharp, Very Thorough, Very Kind

I had the pleasure of working with Gint on an expungement and consultation. He went out of his way to present all possible outcomes and options. He was actually the 2nd attorney I retained in the Cape Fear area for my situation, and I really wish I had gone to him in the beginning. He never promised... me the moon and was blunt when I needed to hear it. For that, I very grateful

Wonderful attorney

Working with Gint Krulikas on my DWI case in Wilmington, NC (New Hanover Country) was a pleasure. Gint was very responsive to inquiries about case status, and responsiveness is very important to me. Gint was totally upfront about best- and worst-case scenarios, and of course I was thrilled when I r...eceived the best-case scenario, especially considering my BAC result was high (above .2). I highly recommend Gint as an attorney. Responsiveness, honesty, and best-case result worked for me!
