Biography
Being charged with a crime in North Carolina can be a very stressful experience, especially if it involves the complex web of North Carolina's DWI laws. As the Managing Partner of Minick Law, P.C.'s Wilmington office, I strive to provide detailed and comprehensive legal representation to my clients with a focus in DWI offenses. I have also successfully completed the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s course on DUI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing, a 24 hour course taught to officers trained in DWI investigations.

Educational Background
I am a graduate of the Charlotte School of Law who graduated in May 2015 with a Juris Doctor - Magna Cum Laude. During my time in law school, I was a member of the Presidential Honors Society, Order of the Crown Honor Society, and an Associate Editor of the Charlotte School of Law Property Law Journal.
Additionally, I graduated in May 2012 from Appalachian State University with a degree in Business Management with a Concentration in Entrepreneurship - Magna Cum Laude. While attending Appalachian State University, I maintained a 3.65 cumulative GPA and was a frequent member of the Chancellor's and Dean's List. I was actively engaged on campus as a member and executive board member of the Honorary Eagle Scout Fraternity Epsilon Tau Pi, a tutor with Outward Bound, and a member of Catholic Campus Ministries.
Personal Background
I currently live in Wilmington, NC, with my wife Margaret. I enjoy outdoor activities, watching basketball and football, and exploring the many local sights and businesses Wilmington has to offer.
