Dustin is a wonderful lawyer and really nice person too. He has a lot of experience and is always very informative and helpful. I was charged with 3 felonies that I was innocent of, and was guilty by association. Even though it took over 1.5 years, Dustin never gave up on my plight, and even after it had looked like it was going to trial, Attorney Dow secured a complete dismissal of my case. The people who were actually inv...olved, who used public defenders, is serving 2 years intensive probation, and the other violated her probation and spent about 7 months in prison and is now still on parole for several years to come. Mr. Dow made sure that the DA knew I was only a person giving a ride to so-called friends. This was not an easy feat considering I had a previous conviction. I had even told Mr. Dow that after a year of dealing with this I was ready to plea, and he did not bring that option to the DA....thank God! If you are looking for any type of lawyer, whether it be criminal, civil, or traffic then do yourself a favor and hire this attorney. He was also a former ADA in Henderson County, so he knows how both sides work. No criticism here and everyone at Bull and Reinhardt are helpful and polite. Also, Dustin does not overcharge and is fair...the other attorneys I looked at charged at least 5 to 7 thousand more for retainer and would require more if the case went to trial. I actually retained him in the hallway of the courthouse, and he stopped to listen and reassured me...even though he had plenty of places he needed to be that morning at my arraignment. Mr. Dow is a great lawyer. He is knowledgeable about what he does, has compassion for the client and a sense of humor that is very personable. I hired Mr. Dow for custody and family court. He immediately got things filed in the court and communicated well by giving step by step counsel on what to ...expect and what needed to be done. I trust Dustin not because of attorney/client privilege, but because he strives to truly have the client trust him.
