Mr. Kopka did an amazing job getting me out of a drug charge. He has many years of experience as a military lawyer and was also prior service in the USMC. He will make sure you are informed daily of your situation and puts in so much effort to defend you in whatever legal matter you have. He is also ...very fair with payments. I hired Eric when I was deployed after I was the subject of a command investigation due alleged misconduct. I knew I wanted to hire a former military judge advocate who was familiar with the Uniformed Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), not to mention he had great reviews. Hiring Eric was a no brainer. ... He and Freddie were very accommodating of my schedule while I was deployed and addressed all my questions and concerns. He immediately gave me peace of mind. Upon return from my deployment, I met with Eric and Freddie in person and they were just as wonderful as they were on the phone and via email. After the conclusion of the command investigation, the command took no action; however, a separate agency initiated a secondary investigation into the same alleged misconduct.
