I found myself in an unbelievable situation where I had witnesses and electronic evidence to support my claims and defend myself. I was always taught to document everything. No charges, NJP, or court martial straight to separation board! I thought had everything covered, that things would automatically work in my favor. Which was not the case! I wish i hired Mr. Kopka from the very beginning! When i felt helpless and wanted to give up on my last leg, he helped put things into perspective for the individuals with they last say so. Because of him I am able to hold my head up high, smile around the same people that though they could get away with twisting the legal system to their advantage and successful retire.
