Brittny Kaltenbach is a North Carolina licensed attorney who received her Juris Doctorate in May, 2016. Brittny has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania.
While studying at Gannon, Brittny was the vice president of the Legal Studies Club, a member of Kappa Gamma Pi National Catholic College Graduate Honor Society. She also was an intern with the Honorable Judge Stephanie Domitrovich where she frequently researched for the Judge and assisted the Judge and her law clerk in editing opinions and orders. Brittny was also an intern with the Erie County District Attorney's office where she observed and assisted in a homicide trial, multiple rape trials, and drug trials, participated in multiple jury selections, viewing and organizing evidence, assisted in opening and closing remark preparation, interviewing witnesses, reviewed depositions and interviews, prepared case memos, and performed legal research on multiple topics. Upon graduating Suma Cum Laude in May 2013 Brittny received the Founders' Day Award for Academic Excellence. While earning her law degree, Brittny was a member of Order of the Crown (merit based honors program), served as the elected pro-bono student ambassador, and volunteered at Kreitzer's Critter Corral Dog Rescue. Brittny also became a Firm law clerk during her first year of law school and continued as a law clerk until graduation. Brittny earned Dean's List honors in each semester of her law school career and graduated with pro-bono honors.
Upon graduating law school, Brittny passed the bar exam and became an associate attorney, focusing mainly on criminal law, traffic law, criminal expunctions, and family law. Brittny now has the pleasure of working on corporate law cases as well. In her free time, Brittny likes to walk her dog or relax by the lake.
