Heather is phenomenal

Heather was great at managing my case. I hate I had circumstances where I needed her but am glad I had her help. She made sure things were done correctly as my employer tried doing things the incorrect way. She had excellent communication and explained my options so I could understand them. She also ...got me a great settlement offer. If I ever had a workers comp situation again I’d use her without thinking about it.

The most personable in her field

I approached Ms. Heather with a workers injury that just wasn’t getting settled. I was being thrown around from one physician to another, I had part of my diagnosis fade out somewhere along the line, and I wasn’t being treated appropriately. I heard about Ms. Heather from a colleague of mine, and he ...vouched for her day in and day out through our discussions. This made me confident in reaching out to her, and while I was nervous considering I have never had good luck in legal situations, she was very personable and communicative. She listened to my problems, helped me plan out what I needed to proceed, and when I watched her represent me it was like a beautiful symphony in action. Ms. Heather took me from being doubtful and unsure to confident and trusting. I strongly believe that if anyone asks for representation by her, that they will never be disappointed! Thank you so much for the incredible job, your unyielding tenacity, and your amazing foresight. One of the most skilled in her field, easily!

Case resolved

Ms heather is one of the best lawyers i ever had she handled my case very professional, I was so proud of the results, her communication with me all the time about the case was extremely excellent, I would recommend her she is the best.

Knowledgeable and Caring

This was the first time my husband had a case due to an accident. I'm so glad we found Ms. Heather if you want a knowledgeable and caring attorney look no more. Ms. Heather listened to our story and took our case we thought we could do it on our until the insurance was giving us the workaround. Impeccable Follow Through Procedure

Working with Ms. Hodge was such a pleasure. Her attention to detail and ability to look at the facts from all angles- made the results outstanding. Asking multiple questions, gives here a full perspective of the event. Not hesitating to approach the other party's representation for optimal solutions.... She clearly understands the law and worked relentlessly to obtain the best results for us. Her follow through procedures always kept us informed and up to date, with all aspects of our case. Should we need professional legal representation in the future, I would look forward to working with her and her staff.
