She's got your back!

I am a nurse and recently I was injured on the job. I contacted Mrs. Hodge because I was not getting the help I needed, they were not listening to me. I knew what was hurting me and what was helping me. I was frightened that my career as well as my life would be changed. After speaking with Mrs. Ho...dge I felt in control again and I had another voice that spoke up for me! In the end I can honestly say "she had my back". Heather Hodge was professional yet personable, she was informative and kept in touch promptly responding to any issues I had. She, as well as the whole law firm, were a pleasure to work with. I was very happy with the way she handled my case and would recommend her highly as well I would hire her again if the need arose. I heard a line in a movie recently that sums her up, "If she and a bear were in a fight, pray for that bear"!

Made a horrible situation great

I was hit by a drunk driver in January 2017 and there aren’t words to describe how stressful the process of recovery is. Between multiple insurance companies, the doctors and communicating to all of them, it’s not something anyone should have to go through. Through the chaos a friend recommended K...nox Law Firm and I thank God he did! I never felt more at peace knowing Heather and Eddie were fighting for me. Insurance companies are good for getting over on people and they definitely tried to get over on me. Heather & Eddie fought for my rights and made sure everything was taken care of. I have never had someone have my back the way these two did and I highly recommend Knox Law firm for whatever your legal needs are!

What a pleasure

First of all what a pleasure working with such professionals and to be handled like a person and not a point of income. My injury was caused from my willingness to help someone in distress. Unknowing to me that when I offered help I accepted all liabilities to my health and wellbeing. Heather and the... staff of Knox Law Firm went above and beyond expectations in resolving medical bills I incurred.
