Hire Heather Hodge, you won't regret it.

The only regret I have is that I did not contact Heather sooner. I tried to deal with the insurance company myself and after years of stress and getting nowhere with my treatment, I looked into getting an attorney to handle my case. Heather has been absolutely fantastic, she really takes the time to ...get to know you and your case. If you are looking for an attorney that will treat you like a person and not just a client look no further, just call Heather.

The most personable in her field

I approached Ms. Heather with a workers injury that just wasn’t getting settled. I was being thrown around from one physician to another, I had part of my diagnosis fade out somewhere along the line, and I wasn’t being treated appropriately. I heard about Ms. Heather from a colleague of mine, and he ...vouched for her day in and day out through our discussions. This made me confident in reaching out to her, and while I was nervous considering I have never had good luck in legal situations, she was very personable and communicative. She listened to my problems, helped me plan out what I needed to proceed, and when I watched her represent me it was like a beautiful symphony in action. Ms. Heather took me from being doubtful and unsure to confident and trusting. I strongly believe that if anyone asks for representation by her, that they will never be disappointed! Thank you so much for the incredible job, your unyielding tenacity, and your amazing foresight. One of the most skilled in her field, easily!

Highly recommended

My experience with Heather was nothing short of excellent. She was knowledgeable, reliable, personable, and easy to communicate with. I don’t think my workers comp case would’ve gone as smoothly without her expertise.

Excellent experience

Heather was excellent from the consultation through the final proceedings. She actively listened to all the details of my case and answered questions during the consultation that led me to choose her over other lawyers in Charlotte. Heather and her paralegal Sarah helped guide me though the process... to make educated decisions that would work for me and my family. Never once was it what THEY wanted to do, it was always ultimately my decision which direction I wanted them to go. They were both very responsive to telephone calls and emails. Their expertise and devotion made the final steps in closing a worker's compensation case very easy with little anxiety.
