Mark was awesome for the last 5 years! He took a DUI that could have messed up my life and explored all options over the course of 5 years in order to ensure a Not Guilty verdict. This guy is the best! I had the courts/probation all over me for 2 DWI's. I moved out of state and probation was doing everything they could to impose the max penalty of 4YEARS! This guy swooped right in and fixed it all. And did so VERY QUICKLY. He had me out of jail and back home without the PROBBY...s on my back ever again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I couldn't have asked for better representation and highly recommend Mark to anyone for anything. I had serious dwi pending and the issues that surround such a problem kept mounting up. Mark asked what I wanted as far as a realistic outcome, then not only made that happen but went above and beyond... what we thought was possible. Work has me out of town a lot so I wasn't the easiest person to deal with, and he and Diane did their best to work around my schedule making my life much easier during a rotten time. I was presented with many options and scenarios, and given complete explanations on why or why I shouldn't go certain routes, never being talked down to once.
