Knew What He Was Doing

Mark was awesome for the last 5 years! He took a DUI that could have messed up my life and explored all options over the course of 5 years in order to ensure a Not Guilty verdict. The day finally came and the verdict came in NOT GUILTY. I can't say enough good things about Mark and his team. Highly r...ecommend having him help you out.

Satisfied Customer

Thank you Michelle and Mark for handling my traffic citation! Your firm was accommodating and efficient throughout the entire process. The level of communication was top shelf and despite not being able to appear I felt at ease the entire time.

Mark Childers got my DUI charges dismissed in a probable cause hearing

Mark Childers "ROCKS", I was charged with a first offence DUI in July of 2011. Mark spent 2 years 2 months on my case mainly because my job kept me out of town, and Mark had to keep continuing my case month after month. After I managed to get back into town he decided to wait until we could try my ca...se in front of a fair and impartial judge. He said ok, we found her, but just before he was ready to try the case, the state "for the next 3 months" had problems getting their witnesses to court, all at the same time. So Mark allowed them, all the time they needed, just so long as we could keep the same judge. Finally the moment of truth, Mark put together a probable cause hearing that was incredible, the state didn't have enough evidence, and the judge dismissed my DUI charges. Mark and Meredith stood by me the whole way, and gave me a second chance. Mark is A top notch lawer and I would highly recomend him to anyone.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
