Speeding Ticket

Mr. Ward handled my speeding ticket with no insurance nor license point to me.He did a wonderful job handling my case and kept me inform.

Superior Service

I asked Mark to assist me with a traffic citation. His professional service started with a prompt return phone call. He advised me on the process and what he could do to help. It was a minor issue and one that could have been handled anytime within a two week period. He resolved it within 24 hour...s of my initial phone call to his office. I was very pleased with the professional service and attention to detail that he gave to me on such a small matter. Mark is a trustworthy and dependable attorney. I would recommend him and use him again if needed.

DUI, Underage Drinking

The first call to Mr. Wards office Mr. Ward himself answered the phone, he listened as I explained why we would need an attorney. For the last several months he has listened to our concerns and answered our questions. Mr. Ward gave us directions on how to obtain a limited license, then getting a fu...ll license until the court date. He advised us on completing the alcohol assessment and then the community service hours. We lived five hours from court and when the judge continued our case he asked for a afternoon court time so we could drive over the same day instead of the expense of a hotel and more time off work. Whenever I would call him frustrated or worried about our case, he would answer questions, give me scenarios, let me voice my concerns and was always confident that things would work out. My child was the one that was involved and I was concerned how this was going to affect their future. We had a favorable outcome and I am certain that if I ever needed an attorney again that I would ask Mark Ward to represent us!
