Your search is over for a DWI lawyer.

The most important thing you can do at this point is hire the best person to represent you and if you're in Raleigh that is is John Fanney. John is the perfect mix of honest, gentle, yet will fight hard for your case. Anytime I needed anything John and his office were responsive and he always made su...re I felt comfortable with our next steps. He dumbed down the lawyer-speak for me to understand what was going on in court and the entire legal process. It took over 16 months but my case was dismissed. No other lawyer I spoke with in my research would have made that happen. He is worth every penny.

Best lawyer in Raleigh

Mr. Fanney worked with me last year on a case that ended up with the best possible outcome. He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. He and his team are also extremely good at keeping you informed when you are working with them and helpful in every way possible. Warrant Dismissal

I had a situation that needed to be handled within 30 days and Mr. Fanney was the man for the job. My son and I were scheduled to leave out of the country, but was denied his passport due to an unknown warrant for his arrest in NC. This information was received a little over 30 days prior to our depa...rture and needed this resolved as soon as possible. I live in SC and Mr. Fanney was referred to me by my family lawyer. From the beginning Mr. Fanney and his paralegal Lindsay have been extremely helpful in this process. They jumped on our case the first day that they were contacted and they truly gave a me a piece of mind. They researched our case and had the DA to dismiss the case one week prior to leaving for our vacation. I was able to expedite my son's passport and received it in a timely manner. I highly recommend John K. Fanney from The Fanney Law Office in Raleigh, NC. If you are in need of an awesome lawyer...I promise that he is the man that can get the job done!!!

Worth his weight in Gold!

My experience with John...Well, I researched him online and gave his firm a call. Needless to say, his legal team is amazing! Shout out to Tia! John told me not to worry and that he couldn't promise anything but he could guarantee that he would do his best. He had my DWI dismissed within 6 months. I ...would recommend him to anyone and hopefully I never have to use that particular service again but will always have him on standby. John is a professional and his knowledge is unsurpassed. Thanks to Fanney Law, I still have my career!

Great Law Firm

I highly recommend Fanney Law as an excellent firm. Since the beginning I received excellent advice from them, they were very professional and supportive during the whole process, and the results were quite satisfactory.
