Great attorney

John and his staff are the best! John goes to work for you and gets results. John and staff were able to answer all questions and made me feel comfortable during the process. Results speak for themselves as case was dismissed. I highly recommend John Fanney!

Minor Poss / Reckless Driving

Mr. Fanney was very professional upon first meeting. He requested multiple continuances, but only fore-warned me about the first one, so I came into town multiple times for court dates I didn't need to. However, he capably got me the outcome I was looking for: a quick class and all my charges were ...dropped. Can't complain about that!

Your search is over for a DWI lawyer.

The most important thing you can do at this point is hire the best person to represent you and if you're in Raleigh that is is John Fanney. John is the perfect mix of honest, gentle, yet will fight hard for your case. Anytime I needed anything John and his office were responsive and he always made su...re I felt comfortable with our next steps. He dumbed down the lawyer-speak for me to understand what was going on in court and the entire legal process. It took over 16 months but my case was dismissed. No other lawyer I spoke with in my research would have made that happen. He is worth every penny.

Highly Recommend

I was referred to Mr. Fanney by an out of state attorney that I was consulting regarding a legal matter that had implications in both states. John was extremely responsive, even prior to my deciding to hire him and took the time to counsel me on the matter via email and phone. Once I had decided to u...se his services, both he and his staff continued to be responsive and operate in a very efficient manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or (hopefully not have to) use John in the future.

Excellent and Professional Service

I was charged with a DWI charge in May of 2014. Through various contacts, I was given a referral to Mr. Fanney to represent me for my case and in no way shape or form was is disappointed. Mr Fanney is a very professional attorney. He went above and beyond expectations and guided my through the proces...s with much clarity. Not only did Mr. Fanney provide and excellent service, he was friendly and always made the time to please his clients such as myself. Without Mr. Fanney, I believe my case would have been very difficult for me and I may have not received the decision I did, which was a Dismissal of my case. I cannot express the appreciation and gratitude I have for Mr. Fanney and his staff. They truly made my life a lot easier and went beyond approach to provide an excellent and professional service. Thank you John for all your help. I am truly thankful for your services and your kindness in helping me with my case!
