DWI Case

I hired John Fanney close to a year ago and was sure of him by the way he presented himself. John and I talked the case over just before we went to trial. While talking it over I begin to doubt that I would be found not guilty considering the evidence. When trial started, it all started to turn aroun...d. It was like watching great entertainment that you don't actually want to be apart of. John was quick and hit on points that we originally did not think of. He shines bright in the clutch, but also prepares himself well. A true Perry Mason in what he specializes. I was found not guilty of DWI and highly satisfied. I would highly recommend John Fanney to anyone that has been charged of DWI/DUI etc.

Worth his weight in Gold!

My experience with John...Well, I researched him online and gave his firm a call. Needless to say, his legal team is amazing! Shout out to Tia! John told me not to worry and that he couldn't promise anything but he could guarantee that he would do his best. He had my DWI dismissed within 6 months. I ...would recommend him to anyone and hopefully I never have to use that particular service again but will always have him on standby. John is a professional and his knowledge is unsurpassed. Thanks to Fanney Law, I still have my career!

Top notch

John has been my person I always consult when dealing with any NC DWI or Criminal issues that involve my clients from SC. He is truly a 'Top Gun" in his work ethic and knowledge.

Traffic Court Success!

Congratulations to Mr. John Fanny! I own him a great debt of thanks for representing me in traffic court several months ago. Though my case had some serious issues, he proved that the state's evidence was faulty on the DWI portion of my case. As a result that charge was dropped. As we left the ...court room I realized that I really had been "waiting to exhale". I am so very grateful to Mr. Fanny, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others like me. By the way, Mr. Fanny treated me with respect and dignity, and even gave me advice about proper court room etiquette.

Excellent Attorney

I highly recommend Mr. Fanney. Not only did he take care of my DWI charge (it was dismissed), he took care of me and made sure I understood that everything would be fine. He also went out of his way to help me find the right attorney for a speeding ticket I received outside of Raleigh. Mr. Fanney is ...the man for the job and he will not disappoint!
