John K. Fanney

John Fanny is a total fraud guys. I hired this man for thousands of dollars only for him to come to me with a plea arrangement for 5 Years in prison. My whole family and myself was upset with this man. And I’m thinking all these great reviews are fake as well!! I would not waste my time doing this re...view if it wasn’t true!! Please be careful…

I have been using John Fanney since the year 2001. I have used other local attorneys as well so I have a good frame of reference, and I can say I have always been taken good care of when using Mr. Fanney. Whether criminal or traffic, felony or misdemeanor, I have never been over-promised anything lik...e some law offices do, the outcome always at least what it should be, and quite regularly the outcome has been better than expected, including my most recent case(and he has handled quite a few charges, somewhere between 10-12). I have recommended several friends and a few family members to use Mr. Fanney and they have always had good experiences and thanked me for the recommendation. Unfortunately, our criminal justice system is difficult and unpleasant to navigate but there is nobody else I would trust more with my freedom.

Mr. Fanney was very professional upon first meeting. He requested multiple continuances, but only fore-warned me about the first one, so I came into town multiple times for court dates I didn't need to. However, he capably got me the outcome I was looking for: a quick class and all my charges were ...dropped. Can't complain about that!

I hired John Fanney close to a year ago and was sure of him by the way he presented himself. John and I talked the case over just before we went to trial. While talking it over I begin to doubt that I would be found not guilty considering the evidence. When trial started, it all started to turn aroun...d. It was like watching great entertainment that you don't actually want to be apart of. John was quick and hit on points that we originally did not think of. He shines bright in the clutch, but also prepares himself well. A true Perry Mason in what he specializes. I was found not guilty of DWI and highly satisfied. I had a situation that needed to be handled within 30 days and Mr. Fanney was the man for the job.
