Minor Poss / Reckless Driving

Mr. Fanney was very professional upon first meeting. He requested multiple continuances, but only fore-warned me about the first one, so I came into town multiple times for court dates I didn't need to. However, he capably got me the outcome I was looking for: a quick class and all my charges were ...dropped. Can't complain about that!

DWI Case

I hired John Fanney close to a year ago and was sure of him by the way he presented himself. John and I talked the case over just before we went to trial. While talking it over I begin to doubt that I would be found not guilty considering the evidence. When trial started, it all started to turn aroun...d. It was like watching great entertainment that you don't actually want to be apart of. John was quick and hit on points that we originally did not think of. He shines bright in the clutch, but also prepares himself well. A true Perry Mason in what he specializes. I was found not guilty of DWI and highly satisfied. I would highly recommend John Fanney to anyone that has been charged of DWI/DUI etc.

Warrant Dismissal

I had a situation that needed to be handled within 30 days and Mr. Fanney was the man for the job. My son and I were scheduled to leave out of the country, but was denied his passport due to an unknown warrant for his arrest in NC. This information was received a little over 30 days prior to our depa...rture and needed this resolved as soon as possible. I live in SC and Mr. Fanney was referred to me by my family lawyer. From the beginning Mr. Fanney and his paralegal Lindsay have been extremely helpful in this process. They jumped on our case the first day that they were contacted and they truly gave a me a piece of mind. They researched our case and had the DA to dismiss the case one week prior to leaving for our vacation. I was able to expedite my son's passport and received it in a timely manner. I highly recommend John K. Fanney from The Fanney Law Office in Raleigh, NC. If you are in need of an awesome lawyer...I promise that he is the man that can get the job done!!!

Highly Recommend

I was referred to Mr. Fanney by an out of state attorney that I was consulting regarding a legal matter that had implications in both states. John was extremely responsive, even prior to my deciding to hire him and took the time to counsel me on the matter via email and phone. Once I had decided to u...se his services, both he and his staff continued to be responsive and operate in a very efficient manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or (hopefully not have to) use John in the future.

Great Law Firm

I highly recommend Fanney Law as an excellent firm. Since the beginning I received excellent advice from them, they were very professional and supportive during the whole process, and the results were quite satisfactory.
